The great t-shirt chase.

Teagan is having her picture taken soon by a Mr. Jonathan O'Brien (the guy we consider our family photographer) and we want her to have a cute little outfit.  We are all about cute t-shirts and vintage dresses in our family (well, the ladies are anyway) and I have sketched out a really cute t-shirt but would never be able to make it.  I would love suggestions on who to use, friend of the family?
